Lanier Gardens
Lanier Gardens, Athens' first retirement community, offers 150 one-bedroom apartment homes. A large number of apartments are eligible for rental assistance through the Federal government's Department of Housing and Urban Development program. Because of the assistance provided under this program, we must follow published income limits when renting to qualified applicants.
Lanier Gardens has a mandatory meal program provided in our beautifully appointed dining room seven days a week. Additional optional services available include participation in the Wellness Clinic and cable service.

The Plaza Personal Care Center
When you need a little help getting ready for your day, managing your medications, or perhaps need some assistance preparing your meals, our person centered program is there for you. Our trained staff crafts a personal care plan based on your lifestyle and interests that changes and adapts to your needs. At the Plaza Personal Care Center, you can enjoy the pleasures of the Talmage Terrace lifestyle with the support you need.
The Plaza Personal Care Center is a licensed Personal Care Program run by the state of Georgia.
